Tekton Woodworks collaborated with Ken Griesmer Studios to fabricate all the liturgical furnishings for the new St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Logan, Utah. Materials included mahogany, polished and textured granite, marble and gold glass mosaic tiles.
Pieces included the altar of mahogany, black granite and bush hammered grey granite, an adjustable height ambo, 13 foot heated granite baptismal font of granite, bush hammered granite and rose marble, Presider's and deacon's chairs with integrated book storage, a tabernacle with over 2000 24 K gold glass mosaic tiles, an ambry, processional cross and processional candle stands, presence lamp, gift and credence tables, and a shrine to Our Lady of Guadalupe.
